SALES REPRESENTATIVE -
GAUTENG
– SOUTH WEST

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets;
> Achieve monthly sales targets;
> Achieve KPI’s targets as set out by RSM;
> Consistency in calling adherence.
> Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.;
> Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
> Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
> Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric with a relevant tertiary degree/diploma would be a distinct advantage;
• Extensive knowledge of wines (preferably completed relevant wine courses);
• Highly motivated and responsible, with the ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Sound business acumen and strong analytical skills;
• Display initiative and a strong willingness to learn;
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Negotiating skills;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong organizational and presentation skills;
• Computer literate;
• Code 08 unendorsed driver`s license and own reliable transport;
• Willingness to travel within the region.

VACANCY:
CREDITORS CLERK - MIDRAND

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Processing, reconciliation and payment of creditors and liaison with the responsible parties;
> Performing payments via electronic funds transfers, i.e. loading payments on banking profile and keeping suppliers bank details updated; 
> Processing of Staff expense claims;
> Processing of general ledger journals where necessary;
> Invoicing of spend back to various suppliers and recoveries of certain costs, attaching supporting documentation and collection of the debt, managing of various suppliers marketing budgets;
> Importing of bank statements on a daily basis and performing bank recons monthly.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric with a relevant three year tertiary qualification.
• At least 5 years Creditors/bookkeeping experience.
• Computer literate in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and SAP.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and an ability to interact closely with Marketing, sales and distribution teams, and to work within a team environment.
• Customer service orientation with high working standards
• Applicant to have a high degree of integrity and commitment and must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality with their duties
• Must be accurate and have an eye for detail;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive, organised and able to multitask and work well under pressure;
• Participative and able to work as part of the team;
• Flexible.
