Reporting to the Jägermeister Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
· Building the Jägermeister brand and growing brand equity;
· Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by implementing and evaluating merchandising and trade promotion programs;
· Seeding, building and maintaining market share in pre-defined regions through implementation of permanent branding initiatives, promotional activity, trade and sales incentives  and strategic event partnerships;
· Building relationships with key customers as well as integrating with the sales team and assisting them with execution of the marketing plans;
· Executing the brand plan within the pre-defined regions;
· Providing support/assistance at marketing driven events;
· Managing stock holding of promotional elements and their effectiveness in execution within the respective regions;
· Overseeing/training the regional promotional supervisors and work closely with the promotion coordinators to execute brand strategy through regional on trade activity;
· Identifying and train key barmen to join the barmen networks
· Requesting and briefing-in POS, kits and branding materials required for on-trade;
· Assisting with development and maintenance of Jägermeister promotional strategy within the Main Market;
· Identifying key outlets for the strategic placement of Jägermeister tap machines;
· Preparing and complete action plans and resolve problems
· Identifying marketing opportunities;
· Creating deep understanding of competitors and their activities.

Required skills and qualifications:
• Matric with a relevant tertiary degree/diploma would be a distinct advantage;
• Highly motivated and responsible, with the ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Sound business acumen and strong negotiating skills;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong organizational and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Display initiative and a strong willingness to learn;
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Computer literate;
• Unendorsed driver`s license and own transport and be willing to travel within the region.

Krugersdorp, Randfontein & Potchefstroom)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets;
> Achieve monthly sales targets;
> Achieve KPI’s targets as set out by RSM;
> Consistency in calling adherence.
> Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.;
> Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
> Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;
> Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric with a relevant tertiary degree/diploma would be a distinct advantage;
• Extensive knowledge of wines (preferably completed relevant wine courses);
• Highly motivated and responsible, with the ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Sound business acumen and strong analytical skills;
• Display initiative and a strong willingness to learn;
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Negotiating skills;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Code 08 unendorsed driver`s license and own reliable transport;
