Key Performance Areas
· Managing the venue as a retail extension of the brand in the form of wine tastings, wine sales & wine education, communication and consumer experience.
· Achieve targeted sales and maintain costs in line with the agreed budgets.
· Basic management of venue, i.e. overhead stock control, cash management (including petty cash), cleaning & preparation at opening and closing.
· Recruitment and relevant training of staff when required.
· Manage employee performance against established standards.
· Responsible for staff roster and proper rotation within budget.
· Reconcile cash sales with system every day.
· Preparation of annual budgets in conjunction with Finance and GM: Consumer Experience Division.
· Menu planning & compilation in conjunction with our Executive Chef.
· Source menu items, kitchen equipment and identify suppliers.
· Implement and manage all aspects of kitchen duties.
· Maintain optimum stock levels as per POS system.
· Stock control and rotation of food & menu items.
· Ensure kitchen health & safety compliance to regulations are upheld.
· Ensure proper safety standards are upheld.
· Upkeep and maintenance of the condition of all equipment, fixtures and accessories.
· Manage consumer complaints with urgency and sensitivity.
· Managing bookings & correspondence timeously.
· Prepare & submit month end report, including sales, activities & variances.
· Oversee relevant Markets, Attend Festivals & Wine Shows.
· Promoting sales and events on all related platforms and keep Digital Marketing Manager updated.

Candidate Requirements:
· At least 2- 3 years management experience in Hospitality Industry.
· Good management and communication skills.
· Attention to detail.
· SAP experience advantageous.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – OFF CON
Western Cape 

Key Performance Areas
· Leading, motivating, coaching and developing a sales team to deliver brand, channel and customer sales volume, value and KPI targets.
· Ensuring team is utilised efficiently through effective sales call cycles, dividing sales territories by sales rep and geography based on a detailed segmentation strategy and customer  sales turnovers
· Managing budgets, implementing KPI’s measures, sales team performance management and managing sales staff commission.
· Implementation of business plans, trading term compliance, cycle activity, perfect store activation & category management.
· Build relationships with key customers including regional and national key account groups.
· Key account responsibilities including regular meetings and negotiations regarding volume deals, quarterly cycle deals, pricing, rebates, annual trading agreements, promotional plans and new product listings.
· Logistical planning with the distribution manager to ensure customer service and sales are optimised.
· Making key decisions and negotiating trading agreements with re-distributors to improve route to market strategies.
· Managing trade discounts within budget, to achieve sales targets and maximise margins to achieve gross margin targets.
· Timely and accurate completion of all administration including database & credit management.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric with a relevant three year tertiary qualification.
• Sound track record in sales-/key accounts management, gained in an FMCG environment.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong leadership skills, highly motivated, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good communication, negotiating and inter-personal skills.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
